Steve called the meeting to order at 8:37 PM

Steve started the meeting with a Prayer and followed by the Pledge of Allegiance

June 21^st the tournament starts and will end by July 1^st.

Kid Glove Tickets – had 200 tickets and will get about $1600 in equipment (between baseball & softball)

7/8 Grade team – Coached by Matt Stenger & Crew – took 1^st in their league and lost in City

We have 50 boys signed up (two from Saint Catherines, 1 at Strikers and 1 at Kickers level).  

Coaches are carded (just have the heads and seconds right now (third coaches info to come....)

Old Business:

Dan O’Connell – new sign looks great and 8^th grade class contributed money towards the sign.

Mike Wills – Golf Outing – handed out forms to get registered.  Must be registered by July 17^th

Golf Outing is July 31^st with a 1:00 PM Shot Gun Start.  Dinner & Draft Beer provided and lots of great door prizes.  $65 per player

New Business:

Dave Bauer – Would like to get prices regarding coaches’ shirts from other places than just Sieferts.  Would like to follow the by-laws and get at least 2 bids to see which is the most cost effective or to see if Seiferts can match.

Gary Ehling – Zamboni – he was approached by Dale about not fixing the Zamboni we currently have and to take the money that would cost to fix this one and put towards one that can be used for the entire school.  Since the motion was made and voted on to fix the Zamboni we have, we will be moving forward with our original plan.

Steve Bigner – Going forward, anyone who has any New Business they want to bring up at the meeting, please forward those to the board ahead of time, so that we can start sending out an agenda before the meetings.
