Term of office: 1 year as Vice-President, 1 year as President and 1 year as Past President. Assists President throughout the year, serves as PTO Rep to Education Commission which includes a monthly meeting
Term of office: 2 years. Determines what fundraisers will be held to meet the PTO budget and oversees them throughout the year. The Ways and Means Chairperson (s) schedules all fundraisers, identifies chairpersons for each event, attends monthly board meetings and staffs the Split-the-Pot and Tuition Credit raffle at the General Assembly meetings.
Term of office: 2 years. Attend both the PTO Board and Parish Council meetings. PPC Rep is responsible for running the Split-the-Pot at the Parish Picnic.
