Cardboard creation club will be on Tuesdays for students in grades 4-8.    The student will work in teams of 2 and the club will use a product called “Make Do” to create cool things out of cardboard.  The club will last 10 weeks and there will be a $20 fee per student.  The fee will pay for purchasing product for the club and each student will receive a “Make Do” kit at the end of the 10 weeks.  Teams will be asked to supply their own cardboard (i.e. corrugated boxes, shirt boxes, shoe boxes or any other cardboard) needed to make there creation.  Cardboard creation club will meet on Tuesdays from 2:45-4:00PM.  Carrie Gould will be coordinating this club but will need 2 additional coordinator due to the planning of the Gala.  Space is limited to 12 teams.  Creations will be showcased at Grandparents Day and “Be Our Guest” in April.  When completing the attached form please state both members of the team, $40 ($20 per person) and signatures from 1 parent of each students.   Teams will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.  For questions, please contact Carrie Gould at  Deadline is Tuesday, December 19th or until all spaces are taken.
